What needs to be done after finishing a booking?

After performing a service, politely remind your client to leave a review for you. They can also bookmark you as their favorite in their favorites list in their account to make future bookings with you easier. Remind them to book you for the next appointment.

If you don’t have full pre-payment set, or if you went overtime on the booking, the next thing would be to invoice the client for the additional time spent,¬†under Send Bill.

Finally, mark the booking “Complete” on the Booking Details page in the “Jobs” section of “My Panel”.

After that, you’re done!

Using the mobile app, clients can make up to 5 future bookings at once.
