As a User/Client, what are Booking Requests?

As a user/client, Booking Requests, only available on our mobile apps, allow you to request a booking at a time that a Service Provider has not specifically marked as available. A Service Provider may have forgotten to upload their available times online or may not have listed the time convenient to you. Booking Requests allow you to request a booking at a time that a Service Provider has not specifically marked as available.

Booking requests is an exclusive feature of the BookAnyone mobile apps for iOS or Android.

To make a request, simply choose a date/time that is not marked with a green dot or Lightning bolt. It will have to be approved manually by the Service Provider. Your credit card will not be charged until the Service Provider accepts your request. But by making a booking request, you are agreeing to BookAnyone’s Terms of Service and the Service Providers Refund Policy.

[alert style=”info”]Note:Even if there is a pre-payment set, your credit card will not be charged unless the Service Provider approves your Booking Request.[/alert]
