BookAnyone Remote Tool Troubleshooting

If you’re having issues with the remote tutoring session, you need to run two tests.

Internet Speed test: You need minimum 20Mbps internet speed for the audio/video to work correctly on our remote tutoring session.
Slower internet speed will cause audio/video issues like lagging and intermittent video or audio drops. Check your upload and download speeds by clicking below:

Connectivity Test: If your speed is greater than 20Mbps, then check your audio/video connectivity for your internet browser.
Please only use Firefox or google Chrome. Check your connectivity by clicking on the link below:
https://test.webrtc.org/

After that, proceed with these troubleshooting steps.
